I've been having problems with my office email. Any email I send out with attachments get bounced back. So I emailed the IT guy and told him very clearly and slowly that my email works fine except when I send out one with an attachment of any file type and size to any email account. If I do, my email will bounce. Please advise.
His advice?

And when I explained, he then asked:
2. Who did you send it to?
When I said both internal and external accounts, he then suggested:
3. Why don't you forward to me a sample of the file you are trying to send so I can test it out.
